Magnolia Activation Utils

Hi guys,
I'm going to create a shortcut for activation / deactivation activities in Magnolia 5.

I would like to share with you this very stupid and small piece of software:

Is it the correct way of handling activations?
I need to care about concurrency or it is handled by the command?
And finally, is it ok to instantiate a new command on any activation activity?
