Issue on content translation URI

Hi,
I have translated my page from english to spanish using magnolia's content translation module.
Source website ending with: "traducción.html". When I change back to preview mode / edit mode, the URI is getting converted to "traducci%25C3%25B3n.html". Please help me how to resolve this issue. Current configuration's are given below.

Looks like a defect from Magnolia CMS(4.5.7). Same thing happens for demo-project.
